Wassup my people!? So much has happened since I last blogged. I am sooooo busy. Don’t worry though! I’m still here. And I really missed you, especially you…;)

Since you last saw me, I have changed!

Exhibit A – I’m growing:

That is a seven month tie! That’s so old! I’m thinking about getting my own apartment…Hahaha. JK. I’m never moving out.

Exhibit B – I’m smart:

My mom didn’t help me at all…I’m brainy.

Finally, Exhibit C – I’m CRAWLING and CLIMBING:

Now that I’m crawling, I am very curious. Right now we are in the middle of changing the adult pool table room into BabyMetropolis. This is where I’ll be spending A LOT of my time. Think of all the activities! In the meantime, my mom gets to chase me all over the house, which I quite like. My favorite is when she turns her back for a second or decides she needs a picture of something I’m doing.

I heard her talking to my dad the other day. She said she was real tired. Now, I dont really know what “tired” is because I am never tired.

I do apologize for my absence. It has been a very long time since I last blogged. Soooooo much has happened in my fifth month of life. Seriously my social calendar has been booked!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury. You know how I’m only like four months old, right? Well in that time, my own mother has put me in numerous outfits that she thinks is adorable. Since I’m just a wee baby, I do not really object too much. But I ask you, does this seem a bit OTT???

Exhibit A – Hats.

It all began in the hospital. She said it was to keep my head warm but I didn’t see any other babies in the nursery with a grinning bear on their noggin…

Here I am just chillin’ out with an owl on my head like it’s perfectly normal:

I am telling the truth when I say that the second my mom saw this hat, she stuck it on my head, lifted me up, and sang It’s the Circle of Life.

Guess what? I went on my first picnic!!! Das right! I picnic. Not alone or anything. I got friends. I went with my bestie girlfriend, Kate, her mom, Monica, Alexis, and of course, my mama!

It was a glorious day! We laughed, we talked, and we ate!

Since I’m just a wee baby and haven’t been here for that long, I encounter many firsts. This last weekend I had tree firsts. Count um…one…two…tree.

The first first…hehe…first first, was going on a weekend away. One of my mom’s besties was getting married and of course we had to attend, as my mom was her matron of honor. Now I’m just a baby so I don’t know what a “matron” does but I think it has something to do with running around with the other ladies whilst giggling, dressing up all fancy-like, and sipping on something called champers…

Here I am having to fend for myself because my mom was at a rehearsal dinner and my dad was somewhere???

It’s ok though because I’m a really smart baby.

All in all it was a FANTASTIC weekend!

(NOTE: My next weekend away I get to go on something called an airplane. Eeeeeee!)

My second first was my babysitters. I had pretty much the bestest babysitters in the world. Julie and Jay watched me while my mom and dad were at the wedding. We did so many activities. We had chinese take-out, we went to the park, we laughed, we cried (not me, Jay) and we sang.

I had the bestest time ever! I can’t wait for them to babysit me again!

And my third first was sleeping in my crib for the first time! Can someone say milestone??? I think so! I told my mom for weeks now that I was ready to sleep in my crib in my own room and not in the co-sleeper but she did not believe me. I finally convinced her.

WebCam = Um. Really, dad? (sigh) check.

It was obviously a very hard night:

I may or may not have heard my mom sneak into the room 5 times that night…

Alrighty. That’s all my firsts from the weekend. I’m sure, being a wee baby, I’ll have more to come.

This is going to be my first weekend away from home and I’m soooooooooo excited!!!!!! My Auntie Nicole is getting married!!!!! I am cool as a cucumber but my mom is a “basket case”.

Webster’s Dictionary defines a blowout as an uncontrolled eruption of an oil or gas well. Now, I’m just a wee fellow but in the past week I have had many a blowout. I don’t know what has happened to me since I turned 3 months but things have changed…

Ok I’m not going to drag this one out. I’m just saying that I have ruined a few very cute outfits. AND my mom actually had to cut one off me. Maybe it’s just a guy thing.
